You might call our clubhouse the ‘creme de la creme’ of the neighborhood. Our builder invested over 1 million dollars into this stunning venue to be the icing on the cake of our community. It is available for event rentals, and many of our HOA events happen here.
Reservation Info
The clubhouse can be reserved by submitting the reservation form below to ggodfrey@unitedpropertyassociates.com. Reservation requests will be reviewed by the UPA representative, Gabrielle Godfrey, for review and decision.
1) Please make out 2 separate checks in the amount below. The checks must be dropped off at the Harbor View office in person or into the dropbox.
2) Once your check for the Reservation Fee is confirmed cleared, the United Property Associate (UPA) representative will contact you with further instructions.
3) Clubhouse keys will be given to the homeowner at the time of check-in at the clubhouse with a Clubhouse Committee Representative. Keys will be collected at the end of your event.
4) If you are having any alcoholic beverages at your event, please provide a copy of your approved Virginia ABC license. If you do not provide, you cannot have any alcoholic beverages at your event.
The earliest set-up entry on the day of your rental is 9:00 am. The latest check-out time is 9:45 pm. This is to ensure that the clubhouse is secured by 10:00 pm. No prior day set-up or drop off.
Clubhouse reservations incur the following costs:
Reservation Fee: $300
Reservation Deposit: $500
Your deposit will be returned to you after an inspection of the clubhouse is performed following your event. Any noted damages will be deducted from the deposit. Please see the reservation agreement for further details.
Wifi is available during rental.
