UPA Change to CINC Systems

All Homeowners MUST sign up for automatic recurring payments for HOA Dues payments. This includes Parkside, Balmoral and Highland Green. Your current setup for automatic withdrawal will convert automatically to the new CINC system. Please see the link below for the letter that was mailed out to each homeowner. Please create an account as the new UPA online CINC system will allow you to view your account, see violation letters, submit ARB applications, and much more.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

As of Friday, September 26, 2025, Parkside, Balmoral, and Highland Green have temporarily transitioned back to a Portfolio Management with UPA. There will not be a Property Manager on-site at the Clubhouse. Mrs. Gabrielle Godfrey has taken on another opportunity outside of UPA. In the interim, until a permanent replacement, the following Property Managers have been assigned to handle each Association. Please contact them regarding any issues you may have.
